
Building a sustainable future: our CSR Commitment

Convinced of the importance of a responsible and sustainable approach, we structured our commitment by developing a comprehensive approach in order to define and implement a true CSR policy.
A multi-step approach
Creation of a pilot team (Q1 2023):
As an essential first step of our project, we established an internal pilot team tasked with carrying this ambition and steering the entire project at the group level. This team, representative of the various entities within the group, was responsible for ensuring the coherence and relevance of our approach.
Partner benchmark (Q2 2023):
We met with several major industry players to support us in defining and articulating our CSR policy.
Contract (Q3 2023):
We formalized our commitment with the Head of the IMPACT 2050 PACA office at the heart of the Aix-Marseille Metropolis, Sébastien Magnan. This collaboration enables us to rely on external expertise to structure and strengthen our policy in line with the realities of our sector and the expectations of our stakeholders.
Assessment (Q4 2023):
A key step in our approach was to conduct a 360° assessment of our CSR commitments, involving our employees, our clients, and our management. Through interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, we defined strategic axes addressing the needs and challenges of the sector:
- Governance and ethics:
- Promotion of corporate ethics and values
- Transparency and active employee participation
- Integration of CSR into the overall company strategy
- Employee well-being:
- Improvement of quality of work life
- Consideration of employees’ mental and physical health
- Support for inclusion, diversity, and accessibility
- Environmental impact:
- Reduction of the carbon footprint of offices and activities
- Choice of responsible suppliers and partners
- Raising awareness and training employees on environmental issues
- Public interest:
- Commitment to large-scale societal actions
- Mobilization of employees around common causes
- Involvement of clients in our responsible initiatives
Finalization of the roadmap (H1 2024):
Based on the audit conducted with all stakeholders (employees, management, clients, and partners), we are currently finalizing our roadmap. This step allows us to set the concrete milestones of our commitments and ensure effective and measurable implementation.
Deployment (H2 2024 – 2026):
Starting in the second half of 2024, we will enter the operational phase of deploying and implementing our CSR policy. Regular monitoring and adjustments will be made to guarantee a positive and sustainable impact.
